CHINA: Sinopec and SABIC start work on building polycarbonate plant in Tianjin

(EnergyAsia, April 5 2012, Thursday) — China’s Sinopec and Saudi Arabia’s SABIC have begun work on building a 260,000-tonne/year polycarbonate plant in China’s Tianjin city. CHINA: CNOOC reports record net profit of 70.26 billion yuan for 2011
