TOKYO (AFX-ASIA) – Nippon Oil Corp is teaming up with ConocoPhillips of the US and Vietnam Oil and Gas Corp (PetroVietnam) to obtain carbon dioxide emissions rights, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported.
