Tyumenneftegaz, a subsidiary of Russian-British oil major TNK-BP, has started building a 76.5-km oil pipeline connecting the Kalchinskoye field in the Uvat district of the Tyumen region to the trunkline, ITAR-TASS reported. The 1-billion rouble pipeline, with a carrying capacity of up to 12 million tonnes, is expected to start up next July. (US$1=28 roubles)….
